Hervey Bay, the gateway to Fraser Island, the largest sand island in the world.

The Ramada Hervey Bay Resort (a Tim Wright development) is conveniently located at the Marina where the ferries cross to Fraser and leave for the famous whale watching tours.

UHL, in conjunction with Tim Wright, has converted his originally planned residential development into the exciting Resort with serviced apartment suites. The Hotel Resort rooms surround the exquisitely designed pool area.  UHL as supporting Project Managers and Consultants produced the initial feasibility Study and the redevelopment concept into a Resort in conjunction with the International Compliance Brand criteria. UHL Management agreement was to guide the project through pre-opening and selecting all F&B /Interior and OSE items. UHL also trained the original staff and gave guidance through the critical 3 month opening period.  The Operation was then passed on to the Ramada Operators with on-going support.
